At VBI our Mission is: Changing the world, one child at a time.

VBI is a team of experienced, professional educators – focused on evidence based implementation; improving the lives and learning of students in the classroom and at home. Our focus is on the application of research based, published & demonstrated methods – to increase adaptive communication, and reduce problem behaviors. Together, our team serves more than two dozen districts and municipalities, in developing and implementing best practices in a sustainable manner.

We also address the critical shortage in trained professionals to work with special-needs children by offering an online course that can lead to certification as a Registered Behavior Technician.
